Highsmith will miss a second straight game for knee injury management, while Coffey sprained his left ankle during Thursday’s loss to the Spurs. Their absences will not affect fantasy basketball, even with Dillon Brooks still out with a fractured hand.

Allen has missed Phoenix’s last two games with a knee injury, resulting in more playing time for starting guard Collin Gillespie. Gillespie’s 12-team league value increases when he’s guaranteed to surpass 30 minutes, which may not be the case if Allen plays on Saturday.

O’Neale did not play in Thursday’s loss to the Spurs, and he appears likely to miss another game on Saturday. Jordan Goodwin moved into the starting lineup on Thursday but struggled, shooting 2-of-9 from the field and scoring five points. He did record eight rebounds and three steals, so all wasn’t lost for those who streamed Goodwin.

Booker appeared to roll his left ankle at the end of Thursday’s loss to the Spurs. However, he said after the game that he was fine, and Booker’s absence from the injury report supports that. Look for him to take on his usual role within the Suns’ rotation on Saturday.

Booker and Jalen Green (17/8/4/1 with one three-pointer) struggled in Thursday’s defeat, shooting a combined 15-of-41 from the field. However, of greater concern may be Booker appearing to tweak his ankle while attempting a last-second heave from half-court that would have won the game. Afterwards, Booker said that his ankle was fine, but that’s something to watch ahead of Saturday’s game against the Bucks.

Collin Gillespie amassed 24 points (7-of-13 FGs, 4-of-4 FTs), two rebounds, six assists, two steals and six three-pointers in Thursday’s loss to the Spurs.

After a three-game stretch in which he totaled seven points, Gillespie has scored 34 points over his last two appearances. Thursday’s effort was his most productive since the All-Star break, with the Suns guard recording his second 20-point game since February 19. Gillespie’s playing time increased in the last two games due to Grayson Allen (knee) being out, raising his short-term fantasy ceiling.

Jordan Goodwin finished Thursday’s loss to the Spurs with five points (2-of-9 FGs), eight rebounds, three steals and one three-pointer.

Goodwin moved into the starting lineup on Thursday, filling the void left by Royce O’Neale (knee). Unfortunately, while he did provide solid value in rebounds and steals, the scoring was absent. Goodwin isn’t much of a scorer, so that isn’t much of a surprise. The few who streamed him will be pleased with the rebounds and steals while understanding that he offers limited long-term value when the Suns are whole.

Amir Coffey (ankle) will not return to Thursday’s game against the Spurs.

Coffey sprained his left ankle during the first half of Thursday’s game and was helped back to the locker room. He has since been ruled out for the rest of the night. Ryan Dunn and Rasheer Fleming may absorb the minutes that would have gone to Coffey.
Jordan Goodwin

Collin Gillespie, Jalen Green, Devin Booker, Jordan Goodwin and Oso Ighodaro will start against the Spurs on Thursday.

With Royce O’Neale (knee) sidelined for this game, Goodwin will get the starting nod. This will be his first start since before the All-Star break, but he should provide some extra defensive production in an increased role.
