ESPN’s Shams Charania reports the Bucks have fired Doc Rivers.

Rivers took over as the Bucks’ head coach in early 2024, replacing Adrian Griffin, who had Milwaukee at 30-13 at the time. Since then, Rivers led them to a 97-103 record, which included two first-round exits. Now, they’ve missed the playoffs for the first time since 2016. Rivers speculated that this would be the case in recent interviews, and it doesn’t seem like he’s ready to take over a different team. The Bucks will begin the search for a new head coach.
Cormac Ryan

Cormac Ryan had 22 points (8-of-20 FGs, 3-of-3 FTs), 10 rebounds, four assists, one steal and three three-pointers in Sunday’s loss to the 76ers.

Ryan is on a two-way contract, but has been excellent for Milwaukee to close out the season. In the last seven games of the season, the 27-year-old guard averaged 19.6 points and 3.3 threes. He shot 54 percent from the field and 47.9 percent from behind the three-point line. While it’s unclear what his future in the NBA could be at this point, Ryan certainly made an impression late in the season.
Gary Harris

Gary Harris (groin) is out for Sunday’s game against the 76ers.

Harris was never a very valuable fantasy player, but has become a total afterthought at this point in his career. He’s averaged less than 15 minutes per game in each of the last two seasons, taking him off the fantasy radar entirely. The 31-year-old holds a player option for 2026-2027 that he would seem likely to exercise.
Pete Nance

Pete Nance (knee) has been ruled out against the 76ers on Sunday.

Nance will miss a second straight game to wrap up the season. Jericho Sims played 30 minutes on Friday but should play even more minutes with Myles Turner (ankle) out as well. Nance has a non-guaranteed $2.49 million contract in places for 2026-27 with the Bucks. Major changes are coming here, so it’s hard to project his role, but it’s possible he could be a reserve for the team next year.

Kyle Kuzma (Achilles) and Bobby Portis (wrist) are out for Sunday’s game against the 76ers.

While Portis remains out for an 11th consecutive game, Kuzma played 21 minutes off the bench in Friday’s win over the Nets. Taurean Prince and Ousmane Dieng will have added importance within the Bucks’ rotation, and there may be more minutes available to Andre Jackson Jr. off the bench.
Ryan Rollins

Ryan Rollins (hip) and Gary Trent Jr. (oblique) are out for Sunday’s game against the Pistons.

Rollins and Trent will end the season on the sidelines, as both are dealing with injuries. AJ Green and Cormac Ryan served as the starting backcourt in Friday’s win over the Nets, and both recorded career-high point totals. They’ll be worth streaming in active fantasy leagues, especially with Green being two three-pointers away from the Bucks’ single-season record.
Giannis Antetokounmpo

Giannis Antetokounmpo (knee) and Myles Turner (ankle) are out for Sunday’s game against the 76ers.

To no one’s surprise, Antetokounmpo will not play in Sunday’s season finale. Turner is also out, which means more playing time and a likely start for Jericho Sims. Pete Nance is questionable, and his minutes are likely to increase if he can play.
Ousmane Dieng

Ousmane Dieng finished Friday’s win over the Nets with 12 points (5-of-12 FGs, 2-of-4 FTs), six rebounds and 12 assists.

Less than two weeks removed from reaching double figures in assists for the first time as a pro, Dieng did it again on Friday. The 12 helpers are a new career-high for the 22-year-old, who is getting the opportunities in Milwaukee that were rarely available when he was with the Thunder. Dieng’s ability to facilitate may have boosted his value within the Bucks’ front office, which is key since he’ll be a restricted free agent this summer.
Taurean Prince

Taurean Prince recorded 18 points (6-of-13 FGs), 10 rebounds, five assists, one steal and six three-pointers in Friday’s win over the Nets.

Prince has recorded two double-doubles in his last three appearances, and he logged 35 minutes as a starter on Friday. Unfortunately, an early-season neck injury eliminated what little fantasy value the veteran forward possessed, but Prince has played well to finish the season. He has a player option worth just over $3.8 million for next season, and Prince can provide solid depth to a contending team when healthy.
Cormac Ryan

Cormac Ryan accumulated 28 points (10-of-17 FGs, 3-of-3 FTs), five rebounds, three assists, one steal and five three-pointers in Friday’s win over the Nets.

Less than a week removed from recording his first 20-point game as a pro, Ryan established a new career-high on Friday. Shooting well over 50 percent from the field, the Bucks guard finished with 28 points while also providing solid value in rebounds, assists and three-pointers. Ryan is on a two-way contract, so the more he can do to impress Bucks decision-makers, the better. He should play plenty in Sunday’s season finale against the 76ers.
