Kevin Durant led the Rockets with 21 points (7-of-15 FGs), eight rebounds, six assists, one block, three three-pointers and eight turnovers in a 105-102 loss to the Clippers on Wednesday.

This was a decent performance for KD, but turnovers continue to be an issue for him. Over his last four games, Durant has averaged 5.8 turnovers per game, which has limited his value in category leagues. He’ll get some time to recover during the All-Star break after playing in the All-Star Game, so hopefully the turnovers won’t continue to plague his value down the stretch of the season.

Jabari Smith Jr. recorded a double-double on Wednesday with 16 points (6-of-12 FGs), 12 rebounds and two three-pointers against the Clippers.

This was the third straight game that Smith was able to record a double-double, which is his second-longest streak of the season. He had four straight in mid-December and will look to match that mark in Houston’s first game after the All-Star break. Smith has been excellent over the last two weeks and has contribute plenty of defensive stats, even though he didn’t in this game. He had at least one block in seven straight games before failing to swat a shot in this one.

This wasn’t a productive outing for Eason, but it was still an encouraging one. After logging 30 minutes on Tuesday, he played 34 minutes in this one, which was his first time playing both legs of a back-to-back since 2024. He struggled in both games, but if he can continue to be available like this, then he should be a strong options for fantasy managers over the final two months of this season.

He didn’t have the best night shooting the basketball, but the Rockets forward was active on the glass and recorded a complete stat line. Rostered in 49 percent of Yahoo! leagues, Smith has been close to a top-25 player in eight-cat formats over the past two weeks. For managers who need frontcourt production, he’s worth adding ahead of Wednesday’s rematch with the Clippers.

After totaling 24 points in his prior two appearances, Şengün put up 22 against the Clippers. The Rockets center shot the ball efficiently and made some plays for his teammates as well. Due to his percentages, shooting 40.6 percent from the field and 69.6 percent from the foul line, Şengün has only been an eighth-round player in eight-cat formats over the past two weeks, according to Basketball Monster. The Rockets have one more game before the All-Star break, Wednesday night against the Clippers.
