Moussa Diabaté posted a double-double with 12 points (6-of-6 FGs), 18 rebounds and one assist over 35 minutes, leading the Hornets to a 126-109 win over the Wizards.

Diabaté was perfect from the floor and recorded a double-double by the conclusion first half of this one, finishing with a season-high 18 rebounds in an impressive fantasy effort. The Hornets outscored the Wizards 64-44 in the second half to pull away for a relatively easy win after struggling to get things going in the early stages of the contest. The 23-year-old big man, who drew his second straight start in place of an injured Ryan Kalkbrenner (elbow) isn’t much of a scoring threat but he’s averaging 10.3 rebounds over his last four games. He makes sense as a temporary streaming option in deeper fantasy formats.
LaMelo Ball

CHA Guard #1

LaMelo Ball amassed a team-high 23 points (7-of-12 FGs, 5-of-6 FTs), two rebounds, nine assists, one steal and one block over 24 minutes during Tuesday’s win over the Wizards.

The story hasn’t changed with Ball, who remains one of the fantasy landscape’s most dynamic offensive catalysts when healthy. Availability continues to be the lingering question, but he’s delivered steady production when on the floor, averaging 19.6 points and 8.7 assists through 20 games for roughly sixth-round fantasy value. Encouragingly, he’s appeared in four straight contests without issue after missing three games earlier this month with a bone bruise in his left ankle.
Collin Sexton

Collin Sexton (quad) is available for Tuesday’s game against the Wizards.

Sexton is available to play after a seven-game absence. The availability of him and Tre Mann means that KJ Simpson will likely be the odd man out, not getting any rotation minutes. Sexton is only worth a look in deep leagues at this point.
Moussa Diabaté

LaMelo Ball, Kon Knueppel, Brandon Miller, Miles Bridges and Moussa Diabaté will start against the Wizards on Tuesday.

With both Ryan Kalkbrenner (elbow) and Mason Plumlee (groin) out, Diabaté will get the starting nod. Tidjane Salaun will likely fill the backup center minutes off the bench in smaller lineups, but Diabaté should play significant minutes as the only true center option.

After shooting 2-of-9 from the field in the first half, Bridges made 80 percent of his attempts after halftime to boost the final point total. A combination of a low field-goal percentage and limited defensive production has negatively impacted Bridges’ fantasy value, but he remains a top-100 player in eight- and nine-cat formats.
Brandon Miller

Brandon Miller finished Monday’s loss to the Cavaliers with 20 points (8-of-13 FGs, 2-of-3 FTs), one rebound, three assists, two steals, one block and two three-pointers.

Miller has been a 20-point scorer in three of his last four appearances, and his category league value has improved over the last two weeks despite poor shooting. Even with Monday’s 8-of-13 effort, Miller is shooting 41.6 percent from the field during this stretch. However, the overall production has been good enough to make him a third-round player in eight-cat formats. That bodes well for Miller’s rest-of-season value, provided he avoids an extended absence due to injury.
Kon Knueppel

Kon Knueppel amassed 20 points (6-of-11 FGs, 3-of-3 FTs), one rebound, two assists and five three-pointers in Monday’s loss to the Cavaliers.

While most of his fantasy value was limited to points and three-pointers, Knueppel has scored at least 19 points in each of his last five games. And Monday’s meager assist tally was a departure from the norm for the rookie, especially over the past two weeks. During this stretch, Knueppel has averaged 5.4 helpers per game, which is one reason he has been a top-10 player in eight-cat formats.
