Due to Kalkbrenner’s missed time, Diabaté may get another start on Saturday, but his minutes would decrease. Also, PJ Hall may fall out of the rotation entirely.

He’s recorded at least four assists in each of his last three games, and the Hornets’ forward has offered top-50 value in nine-cat formats over the past two weeks. While Bridges’ fantasy ceiling isn’t particularly high, he provides a solid floor for managers seeking consistent production.

Interestingly, Knueppel did not attempt a shot during the first quarter of Thursday’s game. His involvement in the Hornets’ offense did increase in the ensuing quarters, but that was an interesting approach for the rookie to take. Over the past two weeks, Knueppel has been a seventh-round player in eight-cat formats. The Hornets end their Week 12 slate on Saturday against the Jazz.
LaMelo Ball

LaMelo Ball amassed 33 points (12-of-24 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), three rebounds, eight assists, three steals and seven three-pointers in Thursday’s loss to the Pacers.

With Thursday’s game being the second in as many nights for the Hornets, the training staff altered its approach to Ball’s minutes. He was brought off the bench against the Pacers, but that did not negatively affect the point guard’s production early on. Ball scored 11 points in each of the first three quarters, and the 33 points were two more than what he produced in his prior two appearances combined. If Thursday’s approach is the one that Charlotte takes with future back-to-backs, that would be good news for managers who have Ball on their fantasy rosters.

Miller picked up his second technical foul with 9:49 remaining in the third quarter, resulting in a premature trip to the locker room. He finished with six points (2-of-8 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), four rebounds, three assists, two blocks and one three-pointer.
