Ziaire Williams (calf) is probable to play against the Lakers on Tuesday.
Williams has missed the last three games with a calf contusion, but he is expected to return to take on Los Angeles. Williams’ absence opened the door for Jalen Wilson to take on a larger role, so he should lose out on minutes with Williams likely back.
Noah Clowney

Noah Clowney (back) is probable to play against the Lakers on Tuesday.
Clowney has missed the last five games for Brooklyn, but he’s expected to return against Los Angeles. Nolan Traore and Danny Wolf have been starting recently with Clowney and Michael Porter Jr. (personal) out, but MPJ is not on the injury report, so Traore and Wolf should return to reserve role.
Michael Porter

#17
Michael Porter Jr. (personal) is not on the injury report against the Lakers on Tuesday.
MPJ missed the last two games for the Nets, but he will be back to take on Los Angeles. Danny Wolf started in his place, but Wolf will likely head back to the bench with MPJ and Noah Clowney (back) expected back.
Danny Wolf
BKN
Forward
#2
Danny Wolf had six points (2-of-9 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), 10 rebounds, four assists and one block in Sunday’s loss to the Pistons.
Wolf and the Nets had an evening to forget Sunday in Detroit. The 21-year-old power forward had six points on nine attempts as the Pistons’ blew out the Nets by 53, the franchise’s largest ever margin of victory. Unfortunately, the Nets are no stranger to games like this as they fell to the Knicks by 54 last month. They’ll look to turn the page in Week 16 with three games, the first of which is Tuesday against the Lakers at home.
Michael Porter

Michael Porter Jr. (personal) is out for Sunday’s game against the Pistons.
Absent from the initial injury report released for Sunday’s game, Porter is now out and will miss a second straight game for personal reasons. Danny Wolf should make another start, which gives the rookie some appeal in deeper leagues.
Michael Porter

Michael Porter Jr. (personal) is not on the injury report for Sunday’s game against the Pistons.
Porter is back with the team after missing Friday’s win over the Jazz for personal reasons. His absence coincided with the return of Egor Dëmin, so Danny Wolf remained in the starting lineup. Look for the rookie to head back to the bench on Sunday, but he’ll have fantasy value during the silly season.
Ziaire Williams
BKN
Forward
#1
Ziaire Williams (calf) is out for Sunday’s game against the Pistons.
Sunday’s game will be the third that Williams has missed due to a left calf contusion. While he hasn’t affected fantasy basketball this season when available, Williams’ absence has freed up additional minutes for Jalen Wilson.
Noah Clowney
BKN
Forward-Center
#21
Noah Clowney (back) is out for Sunday’s game against the Pistons.
Due to a sprained lower back, Clowney will miss a fifth consecutive game on Sunday. Terance Mann has been the replacement, and that’s unlikely to change on Sunday. There’s no need to consider streaming Mann; there should be better options on the waiver wire on a 10-game day.
Cam Thomas
BKN
Guard
#24
Cam Thomas had 21 points (7-of-15 FGs, 6-of-6 FTs), two rebounds, four assists and one three-pointer in Friday’s win over the Jazz.
Thomas returned after sitting out Thursday’s loss to the Nuggets with a hamstring injury. The 24-year-old shooting guard had 21 points in 24 minutes off the bench. Thomas struggled from behind the three-point line, going 1-of-6. The Nets are content to keep him under 25 minutes played, which limits his overall fantasy value and eliminates his ceiling.
Egor Dëmin
BKN
Guard
#8
Egor Dëmin had 25 points (8-of-16 FGs, 3-of-4 FTs), 10 rebounds, four assists and six three-pointers in the Net’s 109-99 victory over the Jazz on Friday.
Dëmin had arguable his best game as a professional Friday against the Jazz. The 19-year-old shooting guard made NBA history, setting the rookie record for most consecutive games with at least one made three-pointer at 34. The eighth overall pick in last year’s draft, Dëmin had six threes on the night on his way to 25 points and also 10 rebounds. The Nets close out the week against the best team in the East in Detroit on Sunday.
