The Bears confirmed reports that their London clash with the Oakland Raiders will occur in Week 5 of the 2019 NFL regular season. What's a new bit of information is that this game will take place at the newly opened Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, the first NFL game hosted at the stadium.
Typically NFL games have been played at Wembley Stadium, which is the home to the England National Team. Tottenham themselves won't have even played a full season in the new stadium, holding their first game two weeks ago.

The Raiders were slated to play the Seattle Seahawks at his stadium in October of the 2018 seaosn, but construction delays moved the game to Wembley.
Tottenham Hotspur Stadium seats about 62,000 fans, considerably less than Wembley.
And the bonus, Chicago is undefeated in London, albeit with a record of 1-0. The Bears' last trip to London was in October of 2011, defeating the Buccaneers 24-18 at Wembley Stadium.
