So, everyone's one the same page with the Patriots now, right? No dysfunction among the owner, coach, star quarterback and tight end?

That's what owner Robert Kraft and others in the organization have tried to convey.

And when Tom Brady isn't at the first day of OTAs on Monday, no one should read anything into that?

You likely won't find Tom Brady with his teammates when the offseason program begins Monday morning. Not when TB12 and family arrived in Qatar just Thursday as part of a program for his charity, Best Buddies.

Brady, his wife, model Gisele Bündchen, and their two children are in Qatar as a Best Buddies Global Ambassador.

As Albert Breer of Sports Illustrated's MMQB.com points out, deep down in this column, no one will freak out when Brady isn't with the Pats on Monday.

Patriots QB Tom Brady is off to Qatar on Thursday to do work for his charity, Best Buddies. I’m told the plan is for him to head back to the states late on Monday—and I’m sure no one will freak out if he’s not at the start of the Patriots’ offseason program that morning because of it. Right?
