Pro Football Talk's Mike Florio reported Sunday that McDaniels has not yet told the Patriots he was leaving despite reports that he'd settled on the Colts' head coaching job. Florio's report suggests that McDaniels spurning the Colts after Indy thought it had a deal might hurt McDaniels' chances of getting a future head coaching job.
