How to watch Patriots vs. Bills in Week 18

Somehow, someway, the New England Patriots control their path to the playoffs.

Bill Belichick’s squad moved to 8-8 on the season with a New Year’s Day win over the Miami Dolphins. Mac Jones tossed two touchdown passes, but it was the defense that got the better of Miami’s backup QBs to keep New England’s postseason chances alive.

The Pats enter Week 18 as the AFC’s No. 7 seed and are just one victory away from clinching a playoff spot, but they will need to get that win at the place where their 2021 campaign came crashing down.

The team will travel to Buffalo for a Week 18 tilt against the Bills. Josh Allen and Co. steamrolled to an AFC East crown and are among the top contenders in the conference. Buffalo already beat New England at Gillette Stadium in Week 13 after dominating last season’s wild card showdown.

Of course, football has been the last thing on anyone’s mind in Buffalo and across the NFL. Bills safety Damar Hamlin collapsed on the field during Monday night’s game in Cincinnati due to a cardiac arrest, leading to the postponement of the game. The Associated Press reported that Bills-Bengals would not resume at all, and the NFL announced earlier in the week that it had not changed anything with its Week 18 schedule.

Here’s everything to know for the Patriots’ regular season finale against the Bills.
