"Steph talk too. Steph be out there letting you hear it, all the time," former Grizzlies head coach David Fizdale said on the "I Am Rapaport" podcast. "You know that. Especially if you think you have any chance to beat them, he'll let you know you have zero chance.

"Like basically, 'All right fellas, let's stop messing around now.' To hear a grown man say that about your team -- ya'll been messing around with us?"
