  • SEA Running Back #9
Personalize your Rotoworld feed by favoriting players
Walker injured his ankle in the fourth quarter after dominating the Seattle backfield in his return from a multi-week calf injury. He had eight rushing attempts for 31 yards and eight receptions for 28 yards before exiting. Zach Charbonnet, meanwhile, was relegated to just one touch before Walker sustained his ankle injury. Charbonnet could be in position to once again function as the Seahawks’ lead back in Week 17 if Walker misses more time.
  • ATL Wide Receiver #5
London injured his hamstring in the fourth quarter of Sunday’s win over the Giants. At the time of the injury, the Falcons were already sitting pretty with a 31-7 lead, leaving no reason for them to force London back on the field with a pivotal Week 17 game against the Commanders on tap next week. London’s name will be one to monitor on the team’s injury report, but it sounds like he’ll be good to go for next week.
  • BAL Running Back #43
Hill suffered a concussion in Saturday’s loss and was immediately ruled out for the game. Players have a hard enough time bouncing back from a concussion with a full week to recover; Hill will have to get right in just three days if he hopes to suit up for Week 17’s game against the Texans. It seems unlikely that he would be cleared in time, which could open the door for either Rasheen Ali or Keaton Mitchell to serve as the Ravens’ pass-catching back.
  • BAL Wide Receiver #4
Flowers totaled 100 yards in the Ravens Week 16 win over the Steelers and didn’t have an injury reported immediately after the team’s win. Whatever he’s dealing with is likely minor, but we’ll see how things develop as the week progresses. For now, we’ll assume this is more of a rest thing and that Flowers will be good to go for Wednesday’s game against the Texans.
  • PIT Wide Receiver #14
Wednesday’s Christmas day games make for an interesting week of practice reports. Less than 24 hours after missing Week 16’s game against the Ravens with a hamstring injury, Pickens was listed as limited on Sunday’s estimated report, which is a good early outlook for his Week 17 availability against the Chiefs. Pickens has missed the Steelers’ last three games with this injury, and would provide an immediate boost to the Steelers’ passing game if he can suit up on Wednesday.
  • PHI Wide Receiver #11
Brown showed no ill effects from the knee injury that caused him to miss practice time last week. He was targeted relentlessly by. Jalen Hurts and Kenny Pickett, who took over at QB after Hurts left the game in the first quarter with a brain injury. It could have been a much bigger stat line for the dominant Brown: He had 70 yards on pass interference penalties, mostly in the third quarter on downfield shots from Pickett. There will be more pass attempts to go around for Brown and DeVonta Smith if Pickett is forced to start for the Eagles next week against the Cowboys. That makes Brown a potential top-three option for fantasy championship week.
  • CLE Quarterback #17
This if the warning fantasy managers who were hoping to start Jerry Jeudy and/or Elijah Moore needed to hear. Stefanski said DTR tweaked his calf in the first quarter of Sunday’s loss to the Bengals, but the fact he was able to finish out the game suggests this is a very minor injury. Fantasy managers banking viable weeks from David Njoku and Jerome Ford should get them with DTR under center, but Browns receivers caught a combined four passes for 41 yards in Sunday’s loss to the Bengals, making Moore and Jeudy nearly impossible to trust during fantasy championship week.
  • WAS Wide Receiver #17
It was McLaurin’s sixth receiving score over his past four games in the run-heavy Commanders offense. He was somehow behind Olamide Zaccheaus in receiving yards and touchdowns on the day but had a nice day nonetheless. Jayden Daniels, who dropped back 48 times, spread the ball fairly evenly among his pass catchers during the Commanders’ second half comeback. He was only targeted on 15 percent of his routes against Philly. McLaurin will profile as a WR2 option in Week 17 against the Falcons.
  • IND Running Back #28
Taylor led the Colts backfield in a monstrous rushing day, tallying 218 rushing yards out of Indy’s franchise-high 335 rushing yards. He first broke free in the second quarter for a 65-yard score in the second quarter. Taylor’s next score came on the first play of the third quarter, housing a 70-yard carry. He scored yet again from one yard out later in the third quarter before Trey Sermon and Tyler Goodson got carries. The Colts brought Taylor back in to seal it and he finished as the top rusher of the day, bringing fantasy managers an early holiday gift. His 218 yards are a season-high and pushes him over 1,000 rushing yards for the season. Taylor will be a top-five option for Week 17 against the Giants.
  • WAS Quarterback #5
The Commanders somehow overcame five turnovers against one of the best defenses in the league to pull off the last-second victory on a ten-yard touchdown toss from Daniels. This marks his seventh game with multiple passing scores and the first time in his young pro career he’s eclipsed three throwing touchdowns in a game. Daniels was elusive as a runner throughout the game, converting several critical third downs in the second half of the furious Washington comeback. It was quite the performance from Daniels, who was held to 191 yards, one touchdown, and a pick in Week 11 against the Eagles. Daniels will be a top fantasy option in Week 17 against a slightly improved Falcons defense.
