Meyers had a somewhat quiet game after five straight fantasy-viable outings as the Jaguars’ No. 1 receiver. He again served as Trevor Lawrence’s main intermediate target while Parker Washington dominated air yards and led the Jags with 145 yards and a touchdown. Meyers’ eight targets was second to Washington’s 10 targets; Brian Thomas Jr. had just two looks on the day. Meyers, who had been targeted on 25 percent of his routes going into Week 16, should be a playable WR2/3 option in Week 17 against the Colts thanks in part to the pass-first nature of the Jacksonville offense.

Henderson had his head hit the turf hard on a routine tackle in the second quarter and was evaluated for a concussion. The team initially failed to provide an update after the half but the rookie back was ruled out half way through the third quarter. Henderson managed three yards on five carries and nine yards on one reception prior to departing. Rhamondre Stevenson figures to factor heavily into the second half game plan in a tight game.

It was easily a career mark for Washington, who had five catches in just one came since the start of November before Sunday’s explosion against an elite Denver defense. Washington’s biggest play of the day came on an impressive 63-yard catch and run that gave Jacksonville one of their six red zone possessions on the day. Washington, getting open time and again and showing chemistry with Trevor Lawrence, dominated with a team-leading 147 air yards. He ran a route on 32 of the Jaguars’ 47 drop backs. Washington will be a usable flex option in Week 17 against the Colts.

Nix’s yardage total was impressive, but much of it came with the Broncos trailing and picking their way down the field in a hugely pass-heavy game script (47 passes to 12 running back rushing attempts) against the pass-funnel Jaguars. Nix connected with Courtland Sutton for a first half touchdown and nearly hit Sutton for another score in the red zone. Nix targeted RJ Harvey five times for 71 yards and hit Troy Franklin for a long gain. Nix, with just one multi-touchdown game over his past six games, will be a usable 12-team league option next week against the Chiefs. He had 295 scoreless yards the las time he faced KC.

Jackson was escorted to the locker room with the team training staff with under one minute remaining to play in the second quarter. He appeared to have his back checked out on the sideline before departing the field of play. The team immediately deemed him questionable to return. Tyler Huntley would be the next man up for the remainder of the game should Jackson be unable to return. Jackson completed 7-of-10 passes for 101 yards prior departing, adding seven yards on two carries.

Thomas was an afterthought in this one, as Parker Washington led the Jaguars in targets, receiving yards, and air yards. Thomas, again showing no chemistry with Trevor Lawrence, was targeted on 6 percent of his pass routes, losing the air yards-heavy role he had seen over the previous three games. He still has just two touchdowns in 2025. Thomas will be a touchdown or big play-dependent WR3/4 play in Week 17 against the Colts.

Engram didn’t do much against his former team. He ran a pass route on 27 of the Broncos’ 51 drop backs and outside of a 33-yard reception in the first quarter, he was largely invisible in a game that saw Bo Nix throw 47 passes. Engram, who has more than four receptions in just three games this season, will be a deep league option in Week 17 against the Chiefs.

Harvey got there for fantasy managers against an elite Denver defense. He accounted for seven of the team’s 12 running back rushing attempts and was tied for third on the team with five targets. Harvey logged a pass route on 26 of Bo Nix’s 51 drop backs, a relatively strong rate, especially considering Harvey was targeted on a healthy 23 percent of his routes. Harvey’s biggest play came on a 38-yard touchdown rush in which he shed a couple tacklers and sprinted past Denver defenders. Harvey’s workload is strong enough to make him a must-play RB2 option in Week 17 against the Chiefs.

With Bhayshul Tuten (finger) done for the rest of the season, Etienne saw an uptick in usage against Denver. He accounted for 16 of the Jaguars backfield’s 20 running back carries and all four of the team’s running backs targets while running a pass route on 26 of Trevor Lawrence’s 46 drop backs. LeQuint Allen did see an inside-the-five rush, however, raising concerns about Etienne’s goal line role in Week 17. Etienne’s receiving touchdown was his fourth over the past two games. That can’t last, but his involvement in the pass game means Etienne won’t be sensitive to game script moving forward.

The only thing anyone will remember about this game regarding Metcalf is his altercation with a Lions fan at the end of the first half. Metcalf was spotted near the stands jawing with the fan. He then threw a punch at the fan’s face, though the blow appeared to miss. Either way, we’re expecting a suspension for Metcalf. The only question is how long the NFL will put him on ice for. No matter what, fantasy managers should plan on being without him for the championship round next week.
